Austenitic Stainless Steel
Titanium-stabilized grade engineered for resistance to intergranular corrosion after prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures of 427–816°C.

Minimum values at room temperature.
Aviation and diesel engine exhaust collector rings, stacks, and turbocharger casings.
Thermal cracking units, hydrotreaters, catalytic cracking regenerators, and furnace tubes.
Flexible bellows, thermal expansion joints, and high-temperature ducting systems.
SS 321 is an austenitic stainless steel stabilized with titanium. The titanium bonds preferentially with carbon to form titanium carbides, preventing chromium depletion at grain boundaries during high-temperature thermal cycling.
Widely used in thermal power plants, jet engine parts, refinery equipment, exhaust collectors, and petrochemical heat exchangers.
NSW Steel supplies SS 321 accompanied by EN 10204 3.1 inspection certification, ASTM A262 Practice E intergranular corrosion testing, and high-temperature tensile proof verification.
